Why they were listed
Samuel Akpah, known as Lion Prado, is one of the few blockchain specialists operating out of the University of Ghana. In a space where most students are consumers of technology, he is building in it. He contributed to a blockchain-based asset verification platform at EthAccra Hackathon, designed and deployed blockchain networks for ownership tracking, and runs a community called Onchain Students whose sole purpose is to bring university students into the Web3 space. He is not waiting to finish school before doing serious work. He is doing it now, and pulling others along with him.
