Why they were listed
Nana Bafuor Awuah served as Speaker of Parliament for Hilla Limann Hall and by all accounts redefined what that role looks and feels like. He is credited with bringing a level of presence and showmanship to the position that made people pay attention to proceedings that would otherwise be routine. He is described as someone who makes a lot out of the least he is given, a quality that is harder to manufacture than talent alone. Beyond governance, he is a prolific hypeman and MC, a separate lane entirely where his natural energy finds a different audience. There are controversies around him but those who know his work say the substance is real.
