Ephraim Ayeh Oracca-Tetteh is a graduate of the University of Ghana, College of Humanities. He is the first visually impaired student in a decade to achieve a perfect 4.0 CGPA at UG and was named overall best graduating student in his college at the February 2025 Congregation. Beyond his academic achievement, he has been a visible advocate for disability inclusion on campus, using his own journey to draw attention to the gaps that still exist for students with disabilities in Ghanaian tertiary education.

Ephraim Ayeh Oracca-Tetteh achieved a perfect 4.0 CGPA, becoming the first visually impaired student in 10 years to do so at the University of Ghana, and was named overall best graduating student in the College of Humanities at the February 2025 Congregation. His academic record is remarkable on its own terms. What makes it more significant is the conditions under which it was built. He did not just perform at the highest level academically. He did so while navigating a university environment that is not always designed for people like him, and in doing so made a quiet but powerful case for what disability inclusion at the tertiary level should look like.
