Why they were listed
Eistein Adum Ngusra served as President of TEIN UG and is credited with a visible revival of the organisation from a period of low activity. That turnaround is associated with his leadership and the energy he brought to it. Beyond TEIN, he has been named as a key figure in several domestic campus election campaigns this year, not as a candidate but as someone whose involvement moved outcomes. He is described as active and determined, someone who shows up and keeps showing up until things happen.
